Each Serving Size (1 Softgel) contains: Calories 7, Total fat 1.0 g, Evening Primrose Oil 1.0 g (from Oenothera biennis seed, Containing gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) 90 mg). Other Ingredients: Gelatin, glycerol, d-alpha-tocopherol (soy) and purified water.

Suggested Use
1 capsule 1 - 3 times daily, or as directed.
